Open Saturdays + Sundays
Enjoy U-Pick during Jeter Mountain Farm's Summer Season! Experiences include blueberries, blackberries, peaches, flowers, and typically our earliest apple varieties.
September 3 - November 1
Open Thursdays - Sundays
The peak experience at the farm, the Fall season offers a range of experiences including over 25 varieties of U-Pick apples, in addition to all of your favorite fall farm festivities.
Christmas Season
November 21 -December 6

Reserve one of the region's finest Frazer Fir Christmas Trees! Trees range in height from 6-10 ft. with prices from $105-$225 depending on the final height of the tree you select.
HOW U-PICK WORKS
RESERVE YOUR TIME & U-PICK BASKET
Choose your day, U-Pick time, and number of apple baskets. Your reservation guarantees you will be able to pick apples, but specific apple varieties cannot be guaranteed.

COME ENJOY THE FARM
Arrive whenever you'd like. Your reservation time only determines when you begin your U-Pick experience, so you're welcome to enjoy the rest of the farm before or afterward.

CHECK IN
AT THE APPLE DEPOT
Head to the Apple Depot with your full party during your reserved time slot to redeem your u-pick basket(s). Extra pickers can be added at this time.

HEAD OUT TO THE ORCHARD
Enjoy picking your apples and a scenic wagon ride through the farm! Your reservation guarantees U-Pick availability, but a short wait for a wagon may still occur as our antique tractors make their way to and from the orchard.

A Few Things to Know Before You Pick
What's Included
Each U-Pick basket covers up to 4 people (ages 2 and up) and includes one wooden apple basket, orchard entry, apple picking, and wagon rides.
TIME SLOTS ARE a Check-In Window
Your time slot is your U-Pick check-in window. You may begin picking anytime during that window and stay in the orchard as long as you’d like. Feel free to arrive earlier to enjoy the rest of the farm before your U-Pick time!
MIX AND MATCH VARIETIES
Your reservation guarantees U-Pick access, not a specific apple variety. You’re welcome to pick any of the varieties available during your visit and mix them in the same basket.

Need to Change Your Time slot?
Time slots can be changed up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Click the reschedule link in your original confirmation email to adjust your time slot.
WHAT'S NOT ALLOWED
Animals, alcohol, drones, strollers, and personal wagons are not permitted on U-Pick wagons or in the orchard. U-Pick baskets are provided, and stroller/wagon parking is available before boarding/picking. As always, service animals and assistive mobility devices are welcome.

Food & Beverage
Our 1813 BBQ Food Truck is proud to serve in-house smoked pulled pork alongside your favorite southern sides from 11am - 3pm on Thursdays & Fridays and from 11am-4:30p on weekends each day that our orchards are open.
All other food and beverage options are available from the time we open until we close each open day. From fresh apple cider donuts to hard cider, apple cider slushies to hand-crafted coffees from the Orchard Coffee House, we promise you won't go hungry (or thirsty!) during your visit with us!
Live Music
Your day in the Blue Ridge Mountains is made even more magical with some of the area's finest bluegrass. Live music can be enjoyed at the farm every weekend the orchard is open from 11am-3pm. Whether you’re picking fruit in our orchards, shopping the market, or just taking in the stunning views, the soulful strums and southern picking help you fully immerse yourself in a Western North Carolina autumn.
Field Trips
There's nothing quite like hands-on learning, and here at the farm we are passionate about partnering in the education of children in our community!
Our self-guided field trips provide custom itineraries tailored to each group's day, and leads groups through multiple educational activities around the farm. We will equip your group with all you need to learn, explore, and leave with great memories!
