U-PICK RESERVATIONS
U-Pick is at the heart of memories made at the farm! We have three distinct u-pick seasons:

All offer unique u-pick experiences, and all require a reservation to participate in.
HOW IT WORKS

A RESERVATION IS REQUIRED FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL IN YOUR GROUP TO PARTICIPATE IN U-PICK.

A reservation grants you admittance to the u-pick experience within the time block you select, but does not determine the fruit that you will u-pick at the farm.

At the time your reservation is redeemed at the Apple Depot, you will choose from the u-pick fruits and experiences available that day, and the price of your reservation will be applied toward the total cost of u-pick experience that you choose.

The selection of u-pick is announced on Monday of each week and you can view what we are currently picking right here.

Visit the Harvest Calendar to see the general times of year certain varieties of fruit are available to assist in planning your visit with us.

Please note that the Harvest Calendar's dates are only approximations, and we cannot guarantee a particular variety of fruit will be available on the date of your reservation.

Select the U-pick season below to begin planning your visit to the farm! Reservations are only required for the u-pick experience, and all other elements of the farm can be enjoyed as desired without reservation.
Summer Season
July 11 - August 30
Enjoy u-pick during Jeter Mountain Farm's Summer Season! Experiences include blueberries, blackberries, peaches, and our 2-acre mountaintop flower field.
Fall Season
September 3 - November 1
The peak experience at the farm, the Fall season offers a range of experiences including over 25 varieties of u-pick apples, in addition to all of your favorite fall farm festivities.
Christmas Season
November 21 -December 6
From fresh cut Christmas trees, to hot chocolate by the fire, every inch of the farm is bursting with holiday cheer during the Christmas season. Make holiday memories with us!

ABOUT RESERVATIONS
Redeeming Reservations
Reservations are redeemed at the Apple Depot within the time slot selected. You do not need to check in with the Apple Depot prior to this time, but are welcome to come and enjoy the rest of what the farm has to offer at any time, without reservation. Reservations are only required for the u-pick experience.
What You'll Pick
A reservation grants you admittance to the u-pick experience within the time block selected, but does not determine the fruit that you will u-pick at the farm. Reservation Changes
You can make changes to your reservation up to 24 hours prior to the time of your reservation.
Weather
We u-pick at the farm rain or shine, unless weather conditions become unsafe. If u-pick is closed by the farm due to weather, reservation recipients will be offered the opportunity to reschedule their u-pick experience, or can choose to receive a full refund.
What's Not Allowed
Animals, alcohol, drones, strollers, and wagons are not allowed on u-pick wagons or in u-pick orchards. We ask that you please plan accordingly for your u-pick experience with us. A u-pick basket is included in the purchase of your u-pick experience. Stroller and wagon parking is available prior to boarding the u-pick wagon for your experience.

Attractions
We aim to offer activities & attractions that every member of your family can enjoy. From a children's play area to hard cider taproom, we are confident your entire family will enjoy a visit to the farm! See all of the farm's attractions here.
Food & Beverage
Our 1813 BBQ Food Truck is proud to serve in-house smoked pulled pork alongside your favorite southern sides from 11am - 3pm on Thursdays & Fridays and from 11am-4:30p on weekends each day that our orchards are open.

All other food and beverage options are available from the time we open until we close each open day. From fresh apple cider donuts to hard cider, apple cider slushies to hand-crafted coffees from the Orchard Coffee House, we promise you won't go hungry (or thirsty!) during your visit with us!
Live Music
Your day in the Blue Ridge Mountains is made even more magical with some of the area's finest bluegrass. Live music can be enjoyed at the farm every weekend the orchard is open from 11am-3pm. Whether you’re picking fruit in our orchards, shopping the market, or just taking in the stunning views, the soulful strums and southern picking help you fully immerse yourself in a Western North Carolina autumn.
Field Trips
There's nothing quite like hands-on learning, and here at the farm we are passionate about partnering in the education of children in our community!
Our self-guided field trips provide custom itineraries tailored to each group's day, and leads groups through multiple educational activities around the farm. We will equip your group with all you need to learn, explore, and leave with great memories!
