Jonagold
Large, sweet apple with tangy aftertaste. Good for sauces, preserves and jam.

Pumpkins
Pumpkin is a more savory squash, but it's commonly, sweetened and wonderful desserts and pies.

GoldRush
Has a tart, tangy flavor that sweetens with age. Excellent fresh or in pies and crisps.

Granny Smith
An irresistible classic featuring a crisp bite and sweet-tart flavor. Perfect for eating fresh, baking and making cider.

Aztec Fuji
A crisp, juicy apple with a predominantly sweet and refreshing taste. Great for eating fresh.

Rome
A large, round, red apple used primarily for cooking.

Stayman/Winecrisp
Lively flavor and a juicy, smooth texture has made the Stayman a long time favorite red apple. Great when eaten fresh or when cooked.

Gale Gala
Notable for its full, bright red coloration, firmness, and sweet taste. Works well when enjoyed fresh, cooked, and especially suitable for creating sauces.

Golden Delicious
A firm, crisp and white-fleshed apple with a balanced sweet & tart “honeyed” flavor. Good for eating fresh, salads and baking.

Red Delicious
Recognized for its deep red skin and mildly sweet flavor, the Red Delicious Apple is good for eating fresh and in salads.
